Hi! I am a PhD student from Germany, and I moved to San Diego in 2021 to study developmental biology with the Hamdoun Lab. I have been part of generating the first transgenic sea urchin line and am now working to continue building tools for the Lytechinus pictus community. I am currently working on establishing site-specific recombination.
In my free time, you'll most likely find me in the water, being active outdoors, or baking cookies.
